IMPORTANT UPDATE: New Identity Verification Policy

Hi everyone,

I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying the holiday season. I’m writing to share an important update regarding how Reimagined Nutrition will be handling all menu development and invoice creation moving forward.

Unfortunately, the holidays have brought a noticeable spike in scams targeting small businesses like mine. Several individuals have attempted to request elaborate menus and large invoices—then ask me to add an extra $5–10k to “pay their DJ via my invoice,” “help them out,” or send money back as a “favor.” These are money-laundering scams, and they are becoming increasingly common. I am not compensated for my time going back and forth developing menus for events. So this is eating into my time where I need to be focusing on actual customers. And my time is very valuable to me.

To protect my business, my clients, and the integrity of the work I do, all new clients' menus and event concepts must now be developed via a scheduled Zoom call until further notice. This simple verification step ensures that I’m collaborating with real clients who are genuinely planning an event—not bad actors trying to take advantage of small businesses during the busiest time of the year.

Thank you so much for understanding and for helping keep Reimagined Nutrition safe, sustainable, and able to show up for the community in the way I always strive to. I appreciate your support more than you know.

Eating healthy doesn't have to be complicated! 🌱 Here’s how this chef/dietitian considers building a meal!

​Here’s what goes into my balanced plate:
🐟​Lean Protein: Salmon is a favorite for healthy fats and muscle repair! I always aim for a good source of protein to keep me feeling full and satisfied. You can add a fruit salsa on top for more color, flavor, and nutrition.
🌾​Whole Grains/Complex Carbs: A base of grains like farro or wild rice provides sustained energy, fiber, and even some protein which is crucial for digestion and satiety.
🌿​Plenty of Greens & Veggies: Broccoli is a powerhouse! I load up on vibrant vegetables for essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
🥑​Healthy Fats: Avocado is my go-to for healthy fats that support hormone function and nutrient absorption. Plus, it adds a creamy texture!
🫒​Flavor & Freshness: A drizzle of a light dressing (like a herb vinaigrette with some nice olive oil) and fresh microgreens elevate both the taste and presentation.
