A statement from his family said Rev. Jackson died peacefully surrounded by family members.

Way Back Inn has championed peer support since inception: both the original Grateful House and The Way Back Inn came to fruition because of two different groups of peers who knew they collectively needed more than what was available.

All these decades later, under the umbrella of "Way Back Inn," we continue to integrate peer support directly into our programs and residences, and the results (and alumni!) speak for themselves💚
