Another item highlight and something that's been a must keep in my home for a couple years now!
Lymphatic Cream!
(Not something I personally make, but it's something I don't live without)
I've used different ones, but THIS ONE is by far my favorite.
This one is made from grass fed tallow and it is so soft and fluffy.
This one isn't greasy and soaks right in. Others I've tried, I would only use here and there bc the formula was so greasy feeling, especially because it is used on your neck and face as well.
So what is lymphatic cream?
The primary goal of lymphatic cream is to assist the lymphatic system, which lacks a natural pump, in moving stagnant fluid. Key benefits:
-Reducing swelling and fluid retention, especially in areas like the face, neck, arms, and legs.
-Relieving achy and sore muscles caused by congestion.
-Supporting immune function and detoxification, helping the body filter out toxins, dead cells, and bacteria.
-Improving skin texture and appearance by enhancing circulation and providing deep hydration.
-Easing symptoms associated with allergies, colds, or sinus issues. (That stuffy feeling in your face and head?? Yes. Relieve that pressure and let it drain!!)
Lymphatic cream is for external, topical use.
-Apply a small amount to affected areas, such as swollen lymph nodes (neck, underarms, breast area, groin), sore limbs, or anywhere you feel congestion.
-Massage gently into the skin using circular motions, generally in the direction of the heart, until absorbed.
-Frequency is typically once or twice daily, or as needed.
- It is often suggest using the cream in conjunction with self-lymphatic massage, dry brushing, or specific massage tools (like gua sha) to enhance lymphatic flow and results.
I don't use any specific tools, just massage in places, I do face, neck, underarms, behind knees. Rub in the motion toward your heart.
I swear by this when you're all stuffed up from a cold or when you have sinus pressure headaches.
Although, I use this a few times a week just to keep things moving and draining.
This stuff works!
We do not do without it.
And this formula is TOP NOTCH, best I've tried hands down!
I'll tell this short story as well.
A couple years ago, I had a friend who had a huge lymph node swell up under her arm. It was the size of a golf ball. I brought her a small dab for her to use for a few days to see if it helped.
She came back the NEXT DAY and it was completely gone!
This product is well worth $30 and goes a long way! I buy this maybe twice a year. π
