Join March 22nd at Yoga House McAllen for a calming evening of Yin Yoga + Sound Healing designed to help you reset your intentions and reconnect with where you are on your journey.

The Spring Equinox marks a natural shift in seasons — a reminder that it’s never too late to begin again.

✨ What to expect:

Yin Yoga
Slow, passive postures held for time to gently target the body’s deep connective tissues. This practice encourages stillness, releases tension, and invites you to soften into the present moment.

Sound Journey
Relax into a 30-minute sound bath using seven 432hz crystal singing bowls designed to calm the nervous system, refresh your energy, and help you reset mentally and emotionally.
