Our faculty and fellows are the team physicians for the now 4 time NBA G League Championship RGV Vipers!!! We cover every home game ensuring the health and safety of the players including the opposing team if needed. It was another great year working with the team and we look forward to many more!

Our fellowship offers wellness Wednesdays! Every month where there is 5 Wednesdays we do a wellness activity. Yesterday we went to Dave and Busters! Won a lot of tickets and had a lot of fun!

Wednesday afternoons we have our didactics. This includes lectures, journal club, board review and ultrasound scan time to name a few things. Our fellows Drs. Gomez and Saunders are joined this month by one of our UTRGV Knapp FM PGY-3s (Dr. Igwe) and UTRGV DHR IM PGY3 (Dr. Hammad). Our fellowship PD Dr. Gonzales is leading the teaching.
