Coach Amber is now officially a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, one of the top certifications in the field.💪

This means a higher standard of programming, deeper understanding of performance, and even more intentional coaching for every athlete and adult we work with.

Vanessa put the team on the spot and asked them to guess one of her pelvic floor tools… safe to say, not everyone got it right 😅

This one? A pelvic floor trainer (also known as a dilator). Used to help improve control, reduce pain, and support proper pelvic floor function.

Another rotation complete. 👏

Juan, a student from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, just wrapped up his second rotation with us under the guidance of Dr. Gonzalez. From day one, he brought a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn in a performance-based setting.

Getting hands-on, asking questions, and understanding how rehab translates to real movement is what these rotations are about and Juan leaned into all of it.

Building the next generation of clinicians 💪📚

Izzy, our Student PT, just wrapped up his 3rd rotation at Moveo under Dr. Salinas. With a background in sports growing up, he was drawn to a performance-based setting, wanting to help athletes move better, recover smarter, and get back to doing what they love.

From hands-on work to learning how to connect rehab with performance, this rotation was about developing the skills that translate to real-world care.

Always learning. Always improving. 🖤🤍
