Elite Group (12–HS) Highlight reel - Spring Break Speed & Agility Camp 2026. 💪🔥

Today was all about testing and competing. From relay races to sled pushes, bikes, and burpees, this group got pushed through real work with intent behind every rep.

We also got objective numbers, measuring jumps and tracking performance so they can see exactly where they’re at and where they’re headed. 📊

High energy, real competition, and a group that came ready to work.

Not every session is about lifting heavier, sometimes it’s about moving better.

Working with David on mobility, control, and positioning to build a stronger foundation. Focusing on shoulder range, stability, and proper mechanics to improve how the body moves as a whole. Not just in the gym, but in sport and daily activity.

This is the work that often gets overlooked, but it’s what keeps you progressing, reduces risk of injury, and allows you to actually use your strength where it matters.

Better movement leads to better performance. 🧠💪

Back to the sand and ready for what’s next. 🏐🔥

After recovering from a knee arthroscopic procedure, this McAllen High Athlete wrapped up her rehab with Dr. Gonzalez and the team. The final sessions focused on agility work, plyometrics, and building the strength and confidence needed to return to sport.

Now she’s heading to Tennessee Tech to continue her journey in beach volleyball. Big things ahead. 💪🌊
