My goal is to provide you with an exceptional experience, prioritizing your pain-free comfort and improved range of motion, to improve your body functions. State licensed massage therapist since 2006. I use several types of massage which include Deep Tissue, Sports and Swedish techniques, to customize your massage in order to achieve relaxation and healing with lasting results. I specialize in getting rid of the everyday aches and pains. This includes back/neck pains, shoulder, hip and knee problems, carpel tunnel, tennis/golfer elbow and more. Grateful Moments in Massage Therapy 🌿

My new client from Colorado came in with hip discomfort, sciatic pain, shoulder tension, and tight forearms.
Within just 1 hour and 15 minutes, I was able to help her find relief and regain her mobility! 🙌

She’s now scheduled to see me weekly for the next few months to continue her healing journey.
I’m truly grateful to have helped her achieve the pain-free movement and balance she was looking for.
