Here’s what you should know about cervical cancer screenings:
✅ Ages 21–24:
▪️ You can start getting a pap test every 3 years, OR
▪️ You may choose to wait until age 25

✅ Ages 25–65:
▪️ A pap test every 3 years OR
▪️ A pap + HPV co-test every 5 years

Tennessee just became the first state in the U.S. to launch a public registry for repeat domestic violence offenders — meaning individuals convicted more than once can now be searched in a state-run database.

This matters. Not because it’s a perfect solution — it isn’t — but because access to information can be a form of protection. Abuse is often underreported, hard to prove, and survivors are too often expected to navigate danger without transparency or support.

During Stalking & Human Trafficking Awareness Month, this feels especially relevant. Awareness isn’t just about knowing the signs — it’s about having systems in place that take safety seriously.

This is one step forward. We’re hoping other states take note and action.
