My name is Mark — though most know me as Tony — and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, practicing under the supervision of Dr. Gregory Scott Sparrow, Ed.D., LPC-S (TX License #15338). Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley, I bring both lived experience and clinical commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate space for healing, growth, and hope.
