David J Moore, MD, MS, Direct Care Family Medicine Direct Primary Care gives you the benefit of not wondering what your primary doc visit will cost. We don’t accept insurance.

Because we’ll limit the number of patients we see, that opens up our
schedule to be available when you need us - no matter what time of the day
or part of the week. But don’t let that scare you,
because most Direct Primary Care patients save money. For healthcare
expenses outside our office, such as referrals to specialists, x-rays, physical
therapy, or other testing; we’ll make those referrals in accordance with your
major medical insurance plan to minimize your out-of-pocket expense.
