🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
🏥 Bonus: Healthcare accounting experience preferred
What You’ll Do
Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and schedules
Support Medicare/Medicaid cost reports, audits, and regulatory filings
Complete bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and daily deposits
Assist with annual budgets and financial reporting
Support accounts payable (invoice matching, coding, and payment processing)
Prepare UDS reporting, tax compliance schedules, and sales tax refund requests
Participate in financial, benefits, and workers’ compensation audits
Contribute to special projects and financial analysis for leadership
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls
Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Ideal for someone experienced in financial reporting, reconciliations, accounting analysis, or healthcare finance.
