I know so many people who live from the neck up. Myself included!

Constant thinking. Constant input. Constant noise.

And underneath all that, a body that barely gets listened to.

Meals get skipped. (although to be honest, I never skip a meal 😂)

Horse energy is about movement, instinct, freedom, and forward momentum.

I want them to ask about my life.

I want them to notice my spirit, not just my digestion or my stress levels.

I want them to ask where I live, what my days look like, what kind of work I do, who I spend my time with, what I eat, what keeps me up at night.

I want someone to see the whole landscape of me.

Because a headache isn’t just a headache.
