This time of year is busy. I feel ya.
The kind of busy where you tell yourself you don’t even have time to brush your teeth, let alone sit down and “reflect on the year.”
But here’s the thing: reflecting on your year, and what you want to bring into the next one, doesn’t have to be done all at once.
And no, you don’t need some long, quiet, candle-lit afternoon for it either.
Dark Season Reflections was made for real life. Little moments. Bits and pieces. When you can grab them.
For example, here are two questions from the Calendula section of the journal:
• What grew in your life this year, even if it was small or quiet (or loud)?
• What warmed your spirit this year, moments of joy, connection, relief, or unexpected ease?
You might notice an answer while washing dishes. Or out on a walk. Or three days from now, when something suddenly lands.
Perfect. That’s exactly how this begins.
Dark Season Reflections is a plant-guided journal, meant to be moved through slowly, in pieces, with the support of different plant allies.
