St. Luke’s is offering a new Living through Cancer Support Group in McCall.
This free support group is for anyone with cancer including those newly diagnosed, who are undergoing active treatment, those who have completed or decided against treatment, and those supporting loved ones with a cancer diagnosis.
The cancer support group will meet monthly on the third Wednesday, beginning May 20, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the McCall Public Library Hershberger Room, 218 Park St., McCall.
Participants can attend in-person or virtually via Teams.
The support group is facilitated by Shirley Sampson, St. Luke’s McCall registered nurse educated in cancer support counseling practices and Baylee Critchlow, St. Luke’s Cancer Institute oncology social worker.
This group provides a safe, supportive space to connect with one another, share experiences, ask questions, and learn how to navigate life with cancer.
Registration is required, call 208-706-2288 or email cancersupportgroups@slhs.org.
