There are many people who practice yoga who feel that they aren’t able to practice a pose properly due to a physical limitation they may have with their body. This shouldn’t be seen as a problem as the whole purpose of yoga isn’t about performing each pose perfectly. It’s about what you learn about your body and mind as you immerse yourself in the process. Everyone is different and has different abilities so don’t compare yourself to the next person. Yoga is an inward journey, not an external one.

Revolved Side Angle Pose (Parivrtta Parsvakonasana) is a standing twist that requires good balance. Its a good pose to practice if you want to stretch, tone and strengthen your whole body. Your thighs, knees, ankles, calves, chest and shoulders will all be stretched while strengthening your legs and ankles. Parivrtta Parsvakonasana will also help you improve your balance and increase your full-body coordination and stamina.
