McChord optometry is run by doctors Miranda and Mark Cannon, OD - a husband and wife team. Dr. Miranda has been an employed doctor at McChord Air Force Base's Optometry Center since 2011. Both doctors are from Indiana and went to Indiana University's School of Optometry, where they met. Shortly after graduating in 2010 they moved to Seattle and have been practicing in the Puget Sound region ever since. They strive to provide great service and eye care to every patient every time. Whether you need an EyeGlass Exam, an Eye Exam for Contacts, or have Dry Eye or some other Medical Eye complaint, the optometric physicians at McChord Optometry are ready and willing to help you. If you can get on base, you can be seen by McChord Optometry. You don't have to be active duty military or show a special ID to get care. Anyone who can get access to Joint Base Lewis McChord can choose our medical practice for their eye care.
