If you’re struggling with restless nights, here’s your simple formula for deeper, more restorative sleep:

🚶‍♀️ Move daily 30–60 minutes of walking, cycling, or light cardio can help you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

🏋️‍♀️ Strength train 3–4x/weekBuild muscle, support recovery, and improve sleep quality from the inside out.

🌿 Stay lightly active throughout the dayThink walks, stretching, and mobility—this keeps your body balanced and your mind calm.

🧘‍♀️ Wind down with intention10–15 minutes of yoga or stretching in the evening tells your body it’s time to rest.
