Embracing Hearts Healthcare is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, organized HR Coordinator to join our team!

This position is perfect for someone who not only loves the administrative side of HR, but also has a true passion for supporting individuals with special needs and the families who care for them.

At Embracing Hearts Healthcare, we believe our employees are the heart of the care we provide. Our HR Coordinator plays a vital role in helping us hire, support, and retain the amazing staff who serve our clients every day.

Responsibilities may include:

*Assisting with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
*Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
*Supporting compliance and training processes
*Assisting with employee relations and HR initiatives
*Helping ensure our team members feel supported and valued

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Is highly organized and detail oriented

✔ Communicates professionally and compassionately

✔ Has strong computer and administrative skills

✔ Works well in a fast-paced environment

✔ Has a heart for serving special needs families

Experience in HR, healthcare, or human services is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

This is an in office position in McComb, Mississippi
