😍🔥Infrared heat panels are in! 🔥😍

The system has a thermostat to control the temperature, and the panels give off infrared radiant heat. The heat will be fairly evenly distributed, but there will be some areas of the room (back row) where it will be slightly less intense.

Boy, when it’s so cold your boogers freeze, heading to a steamy hot yoga class on a brisk Saturday morning is going to be sooooo goooood!! 🥶 ➡️🔥🤤 I CAN’T WAIT!

⭐️ Deep Core Work (Transversus Abdominis & Pelvic Floor)

⭐️ Slow controlled movements

⭐️ Focus on proper form

⭐️ Repetitions for strength and endurance

Having a stronger core helps support your spine, which can decrease back pain. A strong core also helps improve coordination, balance, stability, and confidence!

These feel so great- anytime you’re rolling the spine on the mat it’s like a mini massage! That sequential articulation through the vertebrae (one bone at a time!) is an essential mobility piece that you won’t know you’re missing… until you do ❤️

✨Roll Down ✨

Great for mobility, strength, and control through the spine and pelvis. Huge for core engagement especially in the twist. One of the few exercises we do that purposefully goes into spinal extension!

Keys:
🔑 initiate through the pelvis, posterior tilt opening up the front of the hips, tucking tailbone under
🔑 low back hits the mat first when possible
🔑 shoulders down and ribs in when pulling
🔑 final twist still initiates with the hips, but doesn’t roll all the way down
