🌟 We are planning something super cool for this summer!🌟

▪️This class will run a few times per week- we are still figuring out days and times, so let us know what you want! We are aiming for 2 early morning and 1 evening class per week.

▪️ These classes will be in our NEW garage gym space, as well as outside.

▪️ The first 6 week session will start in June, followed by the second session right away.

▪️ GroupX class packs and memberships will work for these classes

✨ Instructor Spotlight! ✨

Emily Young teaches Functional Strength in the wee hours of the morning 😆

You may also know her as the Owner of Elevate Wellness. Elevate as a group of business collaborating and working together was her brainchild, and it would not be what it is today without her. We are in our beautiful new building thanks to her and her family's super hard work and dedication to the vision.

Emily stays busy raising her 4 kids and running Elevate Wellness, seeing Physical Therapy patients, growing flowers in her garden, hiking with friends, and spending time at the lake with family. She also volunteers at her church and loves going to concerts.

Her class- Functional Strength- uses weights with full body and combination movements to build strength while improving body mechanics. If you want to be strong enough to do all your favorite things... get yourself to this class!

We are also planning more strength classes coming up this summer- stay tuned!

✨ Instructor Spotlight!✨

Brittany Gohl teaches the Half Hour Power HIIT class- a 30 minute lunch class with weights that you’ll be glad doesn’t last an hour 😆 feels amazing when you’re done! She builds our strength in group classes as well as her sessions with her personal training clients 🏋️‍♀️

Britt’s day job as a PTA here at Elevate keeps her busy, and her two kids and farming husband keep her home life busy too!

When she’s not at Elevate she loves to be outside with her kids and helps her husband with farm chores and working cattle.

For fun she walks, hikes, and strength trains like a boss ☺️

💪 We are taking Andie's 1pm Senior class on Fridays off the schedule for now. If we have more interest in that class, we can add it back in!

Andie Stang teaches...
HOT Pilates Mondays at 5:30 pm
Mat Pilates (30 minutes, not hot!) Fridays at 12:15 pm
Senior Strength + Balance Fridays at 1:00 pm

Andie is a Certified Personal Trainer in addition to teaching group classes and does have some openings in her schedule on Fridays for 1-on-1 training!
She also is a Nutrition Coach and has availability for 1-on-1 sessions Fridays as well 🍏

Andie's classes will kick your b***y 🍑 and keep you coming back for more!

When she's not teaching, Andie is the Wellness Program Coordinator at McCook Community Hospital. In her spare time, she loves to work on house projects, play volleyball, and spend time with her family ❤

✨ Instructor Spotlight! ✨

Jessie Morgan teaches HOT Yoga on Friday mornings at 8:15 am and every other Saturday at 9:30 am. 🧘‍♀️ Her classes always feel great and are easy to follow!

Jessie's day job as a dental hygienist keeps her craving healthy movement and mobility work to avoid overuse injuries. She also attends Reformer Pilates classes regularly!

When she's not teaching yoga or at the dental office, she loves to travel, kayaking and lake time, time with her family, and reading.

🔥This week Jessie is teaching HOT Yoga both on Friday and Saturday! 👋
