But that wasn’t the solution—just a temporary band-aid. 🩹

After coming off birth control and entering menopause, her body changed… and the joint pain followed. Instead of ignoring it or giving up what she loved, Taylor Wright worked with her to understand why it was happening.

Here’s where to start 👇🏼

🍎 Eat real food – Focus on whole foods: veggies, fruits, healthy fats, and quality protein. Cut back on processed foods, added sugars, and refined carbs.

😴 Prioritize sleep – Aim for 7–9 hours. Poor sleep = higher inflammation.

🏃🏻 Move daily – Walking, strength training, stretching, yoga—just keep your body moving.
