Allie has been with us for almost a year and plays a key role in creating a welcoming, 5-star experience for our patients. We’re excited to introduce Jordan, our Pre-Test Technician!

Jordan has been with us for almost 2 years and plays an important role in helping patients feel comfortable and prepared during their visit. Her growing knowledge and attention to detail allow her to guide patients through each step of the pre-testing process with confidence and care. She is skilled at recognizing when additional testing is needed and takes the time to walk patients through each one, ensuring they feel at ease. Jordan is also always willing to step in and help her coworkers whenever needed.

When asked about her favorite part of the job, Jordan shared:
“My favorite part of my job is being able to help patients with any issues regarding their vision—whether it’s in pretest and conducting the right tests to help the doctors make their diagnoses, or helping patients pick a frame they love and seeing them glow when they can finally see after picking up their glasses.”
