I’ve always been a bit of a kundalini skeptic, but this class knocked a lot of walls down for me and it felt so good to have a space where I felt free to be me. I hope those in attendance felt that too 🫶

Kundalini is a dynamic practice that blends breathwork, movement, and sound to shift energy, balance the chakras, and engage the 10 light bodies ✨

Often described as an awakening of dormant energy within the body, the experience is less about something mystical and more about what you can actually feel: clarity, release, focus, and presence 🧘🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

In this workshop, we’ll explore Kundalini through repetitive movement, rhythmic breath, and mantra 💫

These practices work together to build awareness, regulate the body, and create space for transformation 🌀
