As the cold weather settles in and days get shorter, it’s common to feel a little heavier—both physically and emotionally.
For some, this shift is more than just winter blues. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) is a real and treatable form of depression that often shows up during colder, darker months.

Due to inclement weather, our McDonough and Forsyth offices will be closed on Saturday (1/24/26) & Monday (1/26/26). All in-person appointments will be moved to Telehealth, and your therapist will reach out directly.
