As we close out the year, we are sooo grateful for such a wonderful 2025. It came with ups and downs but we can say it was a victorious year, serving more and more families! Thank you all for yet another year, entrusting us to be on this journey of wholeness with you! 😍❤️🥰

The children are our now and future!

Dr. Ruth had the opportunity to be apart of career day at a local elementary school! She spoke to about 100 students (ranging between 1st to 5th grade) that day and was able to plant seeds about chiropractic (brain and body communication). 🍃☘️❤️

📸 :Dr. Ruth and the students were doing spinal hygiene exercises.🥰

The students were soooo intrigued, they had numerous questions but two of the main and repeated statement were “I want to get adjusted , because it’s good for them“ and “my parents need this badly because they have so many issues”. 😮

Now, adults- you often think kids are not paying attention but they are. They are emotionally hurting and they realize that their parents are not living their highest quality of life! Trust me, we know because they tell us (in their own words, of course).

What type of legacy do you want to pass on to your children? Be proactive in your health!

Create a legacy of generational health! 🎉💯🔥🎯

They don’t have to grow up saying “ well my parents had it, that’s why I have it”.

They will grow up knowing their family life is great because a family that get adjusted together, remain in health together!
