Southern Grace Hospice

Southern Grace Hospice 🦋 Proudly recognized as Georgia’s highest-rated hospice by Medicare Hospice Compare.

We’re here to serve with heart, compassion, and dedication — because every life deserves to be honored with grace and dignity. Founded by a nurse with a passion to change and improve end of life care, Southern Grace Hospice has the desire to serve and deliver compassionate and holistic end of life care. Our team members do not view the care we provide as "work", but instead a ministry in which we can serve and better then lives of those around us. With the lowest staff-to-patient ratios in the area, we are able to spend more time with our patients and take pride in going the extra mile. Every single member of our team focus on the physical, emotional, spiritual, and financial needs of our patients and families. We truly live by the scripture "Bear ye one another's burden and so fulfill the law of Christ" Galatians 6:2. At Southern Grace, we don't focus on "death and dying”, but instead "life and living". We take pride in going beyond the call of duty to deliver the compassionate care that those suffering with a life limiting illness need and deserve.

This Employee Appreciation Day, our founder Aubrey shares a message of gratitude for the incredible people who make Southern Grace what it is.

Southern Grace was founded to meet a need and create a different kind of hospice care, care rooted in dignity, compassion, and love.

God answered that prayer and met that need through this team.

Our nurses, CNAs, social workers, chaplains, and staff show up every day for patients and families during life’s most sacred moments.

These are not just skilled professionals.

They are called individuals… chosen vessels for this assignment. ♥️

People who step into homes with reverence, compassion, and the understanding that this work is sacred.

Because of them, patients are comforted, families are supported, and love is carried into homes across our community every single day.

We are grateful for every heart God has sent to serve through Southern Grace.

Today we celebrated Employee Appreciation Day with our incredible Southern Grace team and took it back to the 90s… 😎🎶

Because like Montell Jordan said, “This Is How We Do It.” 💃🏽

The heart, the compassion, and the way they show up for our patients and for each other every single day… that’s what makes Southern Grace so special. 💙🦋

If there’s anything we’ve learned in doing the work that we do, it’s that life is short. Moments of laughter matter. Time together matters. And it’s important to pause and celebrate the amazing people who make this mission possible every day.

Grateful for a team that works hard, serves with love, and still knows how to have a little fun together.

Today is Employee Appreciation Day, and our Founder and Executive Director, Aubrey, shares a message of gratitude for the incredible people who make Southern Grace what it is. 💙🦋

At Southern Grace, our team brings far more than credentials or clinical skill into the homes we serve.

They bring compassion.
They bring comfort.
They bring hope.

They walk into sacred moments with reverence, unity, and a deep sense of calling.

It’s the quiet moments that say the most...
The prayers whispered beside a hospital bed,
the small needs noticed and met without hesitation, the extra time spent holding a hand when a family needs it most.

These acts of kindness often happen without recognition… but they are the very things that define who we are.

Southern Grace is not exceptional because of a building or a name.
It is exceptional because of the extraordinary hearts who carry out its mission every single day.

Today we celebrate and thank our team for the love, compassion, and grace they bring to every patient and every family. ♥️

We are endlessly grateful for each of you.

We honor the nurses and team members who show up each day with care that goes beyond training. It is something felt in every interaction.

It takes strength to walk alongside families during tender moments while continuing to offer patience, warmth, and dignity. The unity our team shares with one another reflects the same support they extend to those we serve.

We are grateful for the heartbeat of Southern Grace Hospice and for every team member who serves with purpose each day. 💙
