Have you ever considered or thought about how important the NERVOUS SYSTEM is? 🤔
It’s not something we think about because it’s hardly ever mentioned; more than we realize. It controls EVERYTHING within us..our communication, our thinking, how much rest/quality sleep we get..or not, how we breathe - beyond inhaling/exhaling, etc
If you feel your Nervous System needs a reset here are some suggestions:
1. Journal - a simple notebook is sufficient
2. Spend time with nature - go for a walk, feel the breeze, hug a tree, watch the squirrels play and the ants build.
3. Call and connect with a friend (a VOICE conversation) who you trust to share your deepest concerns.
4. Consciously relax your mind (to the best of your ability).
