Inner Essence Mental Health Counseling I believe that each person is whole and perfect. Yet with life, things happen. These impacts and interactions may be stored mentally and physically.

Every experience and interaction has an impact on your physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual being. Sometimes these interactions may seem insignificant to others, yet have great significance to you and can cause an imbalance, while other times these experiences are very traumatic and physically harming. Regardless of the weight of the experience, addressing, moving through, and releasing the hold it has in your mind and body is where healing begins to occur.

My passion in life is to help guide those that are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, coping skills, mindfulness, spirituality, relationship issues, sexual issues, grief counseling, and women's health. In addition, I have speciality experience helping individuals experiencing domestic violence.

Being trained in multiple healing techniques including mental health therapy, spiritual guidance, massage therapy, bodywork, and energy work, I have the knowledge and experience to light your pathway to healing.
