I'm Denise, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker. Each session is tailored to each individual and their needs.

If you're seeking a skilled and empathetic massage therapist and bodyworker I would be honored to accompany you on your path to wellness. I'm Denise, a dedicated Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker. Currently, I am providing massage in Cottage Grove, WI in collaboration with RIP-LLC (Reawakening Inner Pieces) and NIKneuro. Right now my days in CG are Tuesday evenings and Thursdays until 2pm

Sundays 10am - 6pm and Tuesday mornings 10am - 1pm you can find me working with K.O. Bodyworks in Stoughton, WI

My passion lies in both the healing arts and the creative realm. As a singer, actress, photographer, and videographer, I find immense joy in combining my artistic pursuits with my therapeutic practice. Growing up as the only girl among four brothers, I earned the endearing nickname "Utter Girl," which now serves as the inspiration behind my business, Utter Girl Bodywork. Throughout my journey, I've embraced my unique identity, and it has led me to the fulfilling path of massage therapy. With a compassionate heart deeply ingrained in my soul, I am devoted to helping others heal old wounds, both physical and emotional while alleviating the stress that arises from daily life. Through my bodywork and therapeutic massage techniques, I have the privilege of uplifting individuals and witnessing their growth and healing firsthand. My goal is to create a serene and nurturing space where my clients can find solace, rejuvenation, and a renewed sense of well-being. Whether it's soothing tired muscles, releasing tension, or promoting relaxation, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of every individual I work with. My sessions will include a combination of TuiNa, Swedish and Deep Tissue massage techniques. I believe in the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit and strive to foster holistic healing in my practice. My clients can trust in my expertise, professionalism, and commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment throughout their healing journey. What an honor today has been.

We remember my Uncle and Great-Grandfather for the ultimate sacrifice they both made.

I had the privilege of riding in the Goldstar family wagon again this year with my mom and dad alongside the Kampmeier family.

Gold Star Family… a designation no one aspires to.

The Gold Star family is one that has experienced a loss of a loved one–an immediate family member – who died as the result of active-duty military service. Those who die in service to their country leave behind parents, siblings, spouses, children and extended families. These are recognized as Gold Star families. The title is meant to honor the service member’s ultimate sacrifice while acknowledging their family’s loss, grief, and continued healing.

And last, I had the honor of singing the national anthem to begin the program at American Legion Post 534

Today is all about remembering and honoring those who died serving their country.

I am blessed to be a part of this day.

“Share a Smile today! It’s free.”. Casey 2 Cook

I am so thankful for the connections created by my now friend Casey 2 Cook during the pandemic via the Club House app in her Appreciation Table rooms.

Each day Monday - Friday we would gather as a group to share something that made us smile that day or the day before.

Each of us began looking for those small moments in our day that put a Smile on our face. Those moments made all the difference in how our days went.

If we are always looking for the smile moments, then we stop looking for the difficult moments.

This changes the energy of our day.

More than once I have seen that change in me, and then how it impacts my entire environment.

We truly do get back what we put into the universe- I have seen it and experienced it.

So - share a smile.😃. Get a smile! 😊

I haven’t been in much since starting my page and here is why. One of my passions is theatre and I am currently working with Verona Area High School overseeing the tech crew for their upcoming performance of Our Town. So excited for all the work they are doing.
