The 87th Medical Group is an outpatient medical treatment facility operating on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J.

We want to share some important information about temporary changes in services and closures during the holidays. Please see details below:

Dates of Modified Services: Dec 24, Dec 26 and Dec 31

Temporary Service Adjustments:
• December 24: 87th MDG Closed

• December 26: 87th MDG Open from 0730-1200 only (Same Day Acute Care, Pharmacy and Lab Services Only)

• Continuity of care for our patients is important to us. See below for additional options should you require care during MTF closures.

Additional Care Options:
• Urgent Care Centers: You can visit any TRICARE-authorized urgent care facility in your network. Non-active-duty beneficiaries do not need a referral for urgent care.

• Nurse Advice Line: Available 24/7, the Military Health System (MHS) Nurse Advice Line connects you with registered nurses who can assess your symptoms and recommend the best course of action.

• Emergency Rooms: For life-threatening conditions, please go to the nearest emergency room or call 911 immediately.
