If you were recently displaced from an overseas duty station or your home abroad, you’re still covered by TRICARE. This displacement counts as a qualifying life event, which opens a 90-day window for you to update your TRICARE region or make enrollment changes.

Important Reminder: Please Arrive on Time for Appointments

When it comes to your health, every minute counts! At the 87th MDG we’re committed to providing timely, high-quality care to all our patients. To help us serve you and others better, here are a few important reminders about late arrivals and no-shows:

✅ No-Shows Impact Everyone: Missing an appointment without notice reduces access to care for other patients, leads to longer wait times, and disrupts the daily flow of care.
✅ Arriving Late Affects Your Care: Being late can shorten the time your provider has to spend with you and delay care for patients scheduled after you.
✅ Plan Ahead: Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for check-in and to help appointments flow smoothly.
✅ Need to Reschedule? If you anticipate being late or unable to attend, please contact the appointment line no later than 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment at 1 (866) 377-2778. This allows our staff time to adjust and accommodate other patients in need of care.
