Terry Dunaway, age 88, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 3rd, in Prentiss, MS. Born on June 17, 1937, in McComb, Mississippi. He was the oldest of three sons born to Walter Jones and Doris Brister Dunaway. Terry lived a life marked by humility, quiet strength, and a deep, abiding love for his family. Jesus has done what we could never do. It’s hard to even imagine laying down your life for others, yet that’s exactly what He did for us. He stood on the cross and became sin for us, taking the sin of the world upon Himself and paying it in full. “It is finished.” (John 19:30)

He made a way when there was no way. Jesus died so that we could have everlasting life with Him. “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)

He is the way, the truth, and the life. (John 14:6)

We enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise. (Psalm 100:4)

Thank You, Jesus, for the ultimate sacrifice. We come with hearts full of gratitude and praise, forever grateful for the promise of eternity with You. 🤍✝️
