The Red Rock Team thankful, grateful and blessed with the community we serve. Hoping everyone has an enjoyable holiday with family and friends. We will be back in the clinic on Monday December 1st refreshed and ready to help you meet your goals! Here are some tips for a healthy Thanksgiving.

Stay active: Start the day with a walk, join a family game, or go for a post-meal stroll.

Take breaks: Sit when possible during prep work and stand up to stretch your back and shoulders every 30-45 minutes.

Lift safely: Bend your knees and keep heavy items close to your body to protect your back. Avoid lifting while twisting

Use proper posture: Stand tall with relaxed shoulders, avoiding hunching, when chopping or standing for long periods. Don’t have time to stop prepping? Consider sitting while chopping those veggies.
