Recipe time! It's starting to feel Fall-ish, (I know we still have summer left) and I have been feeling the need for some pumpkin spice something. I put together this homemade pumpkin spice cream cheese. Skip the sugar and crap that is in the store bought stuff. This recipe rolls in at 3.1 g fat, 1.9 net carbs and .8 protein for 2 tbsp. Enjoy it guilt free!

1 container whipped cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 2 tsp. Swerve confectioners (sugar replacement). Optional, drizzle with Walden farms maple/walnut syrup. Stir well and and enjoy!

St. Patty's ☘ is a little over a week away. Here is a great 'clean' version of Shepard's Pie. You can sub ground turkey if you want, or use frozen cauliflower to make prep easier. Adding parsnips to your cauliflower is another delicious option. Whatever you like to eat, there is likely a way to clean it up nutritionally and make it better for you!
