Recipe time! It's starting to feel Fall-ish, (I know we still have summer left) and I have been feeling the need for some pumpkin spice something. I put together this homemade pumpkin spice cream cheese. Skip the sugar and crap that is in the store bought stuff. This recipe rolls in at 3.1 g fat, 1.9 net carbs and .8 protein for 2 tbsp. Enjoy it guilt free!
1 container whipped cream cheese, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 cup canned pumpkin, 2 tsp. Swerve confectioners (sugar replacement). Optional, drizzle with Walden farms maple/walnut syrup. Stir well and and enjoy!
