End of year share. Heart full when I reflect on what my job gives me in life. Working with relationships, with people who show up to do hard work to grow and adapt and reconnect. I feel such purpose and passion in this work. Working “part time” so I can still walk as a mom in the ways I dreamed of being present while my kids are little. There is no right way to do any of this, I just continue to strive to find congruence and contentment with where I walk in all these high priority and valuable roles I am honored to have as therapist, wife, mom, sister, friend, colleagues, friend, neighbor, and many others.

When the whole fam needs that second cup of coffee to get through the day.

Just saying hi from my dining room turned playroom at home on my day home with my kiddos. It’s raining, we’re stir crazy even though we’ve been out today too.

While I’m not taking new clients for a bit I’m hoping to share more on here and keep serving families by adding helpful content and when those reach out for therapy I’ve got a wonderful new therapist Alex on the team to take care of you.

From a recovering perfectionist who posted this with the intention to show imperfection and face it as an example- my flower beds are chaotic and they are getting done this weekend- however it did not stop me from taking this slow Sunday in the beautiful weather to have a picnic and play and read with my little fam ☀️

Just a little spot on the gram for how we’re soaking up last days of warm sunshine in Texas and prioritizing kids needs AND moms needs

We talk alot about self care but family care for me includes self and parent-child relationships together.

For me the can include outside time, daily walks, reading for fun not just for work, and sweet treats.

Where I stay rooted. These are my people. My family. My heart on earth.

This year has been a big year, our kids will be 2 and 4.5 y/o.

My husband and I celebrate being together 10 years, married 7.

It’s important to honor these milestones, are they highlights yes and there lows too, of course. But gosh do we all need some grounding, some focus on what we can control and what we can do and it starts right at home. I know that doesn’t answer everything but it keeps me from getting stuck.

Full of walks, special one with .littleelm and other moms who we got to meet and attend story time at

Coffee connect time treating other providers we work alongside to serve our clients best. So fun to have make delicious drinks for us to sip on and just share a morning together.

Personally lots of growth happening over here with kiddos school transition, new activities like pickleball, some health steps upcoming, another birthday to celebrate and a new year to jump into.
