It’s not what you go through, it’s how you feel about it. Many people have gone through what you are and what it is your trying to accomplish, they made it. They didn’t quit, they didn’t make excuses and they continued to push forward.

When you take your eyes off of the prize you then see “obstacles” and allow yourself to hear the words of “haters”. That can and eventually will discourage you.

Focus! Don’t let anyone or anything stop you from achieving your goal.

Stop talking yourself out of being happier. You know what you need to do. Together, let’s make it happen.

Cardio, Hard Weight training or withdraws from junk food at 11:00pm at night.....sweating must occur. In order to achieve the physique you once had or you’ve never seen, you just be willing to sweat.

Don’t make excuses, don’t allow yourself to fail. Push as hard as you can then push one more time.
