Your doctor told you to eat less and move more. So why isn’t the weight moving? 🔥
Here’s what they’re not telling you: for women in their 40s and beyond, stubborn weight is rarely just about food. A huge portion of what you’re carrying isn’t even fat — it’s inflammation. And that inflammation has roots that go way deeper than your plate.
Toxins blocking your cellular receptors. A nervous system stuck in chronic stress mode. Hormones that can’t communicate properly because the pathways are clogged. This is why nothing is working — not lack of willpower, not lazy metabolism, not age.
