🎅 Santa almost had to call in sick this year…
All those sleigh rides, chimneys, and late nights finally caught up to his back 😅

We may be a little after Christmas, but Santa had time to stop by because he wasn’t sure he could even deliver presents with the back pain he was having.

A quick adjustment later and he was feeling much better — ready to get back to doing what he does best.

Turns out even Santa needs his spine checked once in a while 🎄😉

Tight hip flexors can pull the pelvis forward and increase stress on the low back.

How to do it:
Step into a lunge, keep your ribs down, gently squeeze the back-side glute, and shift forward until you feel a stretch in the front of the hip. Breathe slowly.

Why it helps:
Hip flexor stretching helps reduce strain on the lumbar spine and supports better pelvic positioning.
