One of our greatest assets is our wonderful team!
From our office staff to our care providers and to our brand ambassadors in the field day in and day out connecting us to the communities we serve. It's important as caregivers we exercise to improve our health and reduce stress. Exercising can improve cognitive function, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and enhance overall physical strength. Functional exercises can also improve the quality of life for the person being cared for and decrease the physical workload for caregivers. πββοΈ
