Our sales and support teams are adding the power of impactful communication to our range of super powers to better support our customers and their patients đź’Şđź’Ą
When leaders ask me to help their sales teams communicate their value more clearly, I always lean in. It tells me development matters.
The leaders at StatLab invited me in to work with their sales team on how to confidently communicate who they are, what they do and the real value they bring to customers and distributors.
This wasn’t about memorizing lines or sounding slick. This was about telling their story in a way that flexes to the customer’s knowledge, experience and level of understanding.
Their 2026 theme is Unleashing Your Super Power. The CEO said something that stuck with me. One of their biggest super powers is their ability to consistently communicate with confidence, connection and influence. That’s a skill. One that gets stronger with intention and practice.
What made this even better. His sales team’s development is his number one priority. Full stop. This wasn’t a “great conference and we’ll see what happens next” moment. The expectation is growth that carries into everyday conversations.
I was brought in to help create that momentum. Momentum that shows up in meetings, customer calls and distributor conversations. Momentum that strengthens influence Monday to Monday, not just when the spotlight is on.
When communication becomes a daily discipline, teams show up clearer, more confident and more convincing.
That’s a super power worth unleashing.
