The Squat is magical ✨
Most of the pain I work on in sessions isn’t caused by injury —
it’s caused by lost movement.
The squat isn’t just an exercise.
It’s a human resting position that helps restore hip mobility, support the knees and lower back, and calm the nervous system.
If this position feels difficult or limited, it doesn’t mean something is wrong with you.
It means your body adapted to sitting, not squatting.
Start where you are.
Use support if needed.
Visit the position daily.
Your body responds when you give it what it was designed for.
