This 36-year-old beauty wanted a lifted, refreshed look after noticing changes in her breasts following childbirth. She previously had saline implants placed in 2010. As part of her surgical plan, Dr. Setty deflated her saline implants two weeks before surgery to help her breast tissue settle and optimize her final result. He then performed a breast lift with an implant exchange using Motiva Round implants — 400cc on the right and 450cc on the left — creating a fuller, balanced, and beautifully lifted outcome.
