After a 75-pound weight loss achieved through dedication to diet and exercise, this patient was ready to address the loose skin that remained from her incredible journey.

Dr. Setty performed a breast augmentation and lift using 380cc silicone implants with mesh for additional internal support, along with a lower body lift to refine her overall contour and silhouette.

This 21-year-old female patient is shown 6 months following a bilateral breast reduction. She wanted a more balanced, proportional look and a size that felt more comfortable for her frame.

After discussing surgical options and setting realistic goals, she elected to proceed with breast reduction to improve both shape and size while maintaining a natural appearance. A total of 525g was removed from the right breast and 465g from the left, bringing her from a 38G to a 38D.

This 44-year-old patient is shown 3 months following BodyTite liposuction of the upper abdomen, bra rolls, and flanks. With a history of two children, she wanted improvement in contour without committing to a full tummy tuck.

After discussing surgical options, including abdominoplasty, she chose targeted liposuction with BodyTite for fat reduction and skin tightening. A total of 2.5 liters of fat was removed, resulting in a more refined waistline and smoother upper abdominal contour.

This 43-year-old patient is shown 2 years after a right breast revision using GalaFLEX® mesh. She had previously undergone a breast augmentation and lift with silicone implants three years prior with another surgeon and noticed early on that her right breast sat lower than the left. After losing approximately 70 pounds, the descent of the right breast became even more pronounced.

During her revision surgery, her existing implants were preserved, and the inframammary fold of the right breast was recreated and reinforced using GalaFLEX® mesh to restore symmetry and support.

We were able to donate $1,693 this month! 🙌💛

🏀 AB Elite is a traveling youth basketball program for kids from 4th grade through high school. The program was founded to encourage, inspire, and develop young athletes to reach their full potential — both on and off the court.

Through the game of basketball, AB Elite helps instill important life lessons such as character, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, with the goal of creating strong student-athletes who will eventually become leaders in their communities and our country.

At Setty Plastics & Aesthetics, we’re honored to support organizations like AB Elite. A portion of our neurotoxin treatments goes toward a different cause each month because we believe in investing not only in beauty, but in our community. 💛
