🌟🥚 Special Needs Egg Hunt at Pecan Grove East Park! 🥚🌟

Sherman Parks and Recreation is proud to host our Adaptive Egg Hunt, a special egg hunt designed with kids of all abilities in mind! This is a celebration of inclusivity, joy, and community, and we want every child to have a moment to shine.

📍 Pecan Grove East Park
📅 Saturday, March 28
⏰ Hunt Begins: 10:15 AM
💰 FREE to attend!

🎀 Please gather near the pavilion before 10:15 AM! Our team will cut a ribbon to signal the start of the hunt, so you won't want to miss it! We chose this as a gentle, excitement-filled way to kick things off that works for everyone.

🗺️ Check the map to see areas where eggs may be hidden and to locate the Sherman Parks tent!

🐰 Keep your eyes open because the Easter Bunny may be walking around the event!

🏆 Make sure to peek inside your eggs because you just might be a winner!

Bring your basket, bring your family, and bring your excitement. This hunt is for EVERY kid. 💛

After her young son wandered from home, an Oklahoma mom is now pushing for a new alert system designed to help find missing children with autism faster.

She calls it the “Owen Alert,” and says every minute matters when a child goes missing.

Here’s how the proposed system would work, and why families say it could save lives across Oklahoma.

Celebrating Brookie and her sweet baby girl today 💕

BN had the best time showering her with love this morning! From the sweetest treats to so many laughs and well wishes, it was such a special way to celebrate this exciting new chapter. Brookie has worked so hard throughout her entire pregnancy, showing the same dedication and heart she brings to everything she does, and we’re so happy we could take a moment to celebrate her today.

We can’t wait to meet your little girl, Brookie. She’s already so loved! Adding a special shout out to Maddie! She always kills it with the adorable banners.

💥💥 Staff Shoutout 💥💥

Today we want to recognize Sarah, our amazing Facilities Director, who has been part of the BN family for over 8 years!

Sarah has served in many roles during her time with us, and today she keeps our clinic running behind the scenes in countless ways. From IT support to housekeeping, keeping the building looking great (and even taking care of the plants outside!), Sarah makes sure everything is in place so our team can focus on serving our clients.

She also works hard to ensure our staff always have the materials and resources they need to do their best work.

The days can be long and challenging, but you would never know it when talking to Sarah. She shows up every day with a smile, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help wherever she’s needed.

Sarah, we are so grateful for everything you do for BN. Thank you for being such an important part of our team! 💚💚💚

Our History

Behavior Network was founded on the principle of providing effective evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices for individuals across the lifespan from children to adults. Our clients typically come to us with severe behaviors; they may have a diagnosis that includes Autism, Aspergers, Intellectual Disability or Mental Illness. We recognize that it is challenging to navigate behavioral health services alone; that is why we specialize in working with individuals and their families in forming collaborative relationships with local agencies and professionals that will meet your unique needs.
