Despite numerous claims that specific sites cause more or less side effects, studies show that it doesn't matter where you inject as long as you're in subcutaneous tissue, like the back of the arm, thigh or abdomen. The most important part of injecting is to rotate your sites to avoid scar tissue in one specific area and to be comfortable with where you're injecting each week.

Empower Weight Loss Associates was started by nurse practitioners who wanted to be able to truly get to know their patients and be able to take the necessary time to help individuals on their wellness and weight loss journeys.
