We are doing a fitness challenge this month and would love for you to follow along. For the next 14 days we will do an ab routine that consists of 50 crunches, 40 mountain climbers, 30 side crunches, 20 in/outs, 10 scissors, 20 in/outs, 30 side crunches, 40 mountain climbers and then another 50 crunches. If I'm feeling really brave, I'll post my before and afters and would love for you to do the same!

Empower Weight Loss Associates was started by nurse practitioners who wanted to be able to truly get to know their patients and be able to take the necessary time to help individuals on their wellness and weight loss journeys.
