What an incredible evening at The Star at Twelve Cowboys Way this past Saturday. ✨

We were so grateful to share our vision for expanding whole-person, Christ-centered care in Collin County — and even more grateful for every friend, partner, and supporter who showed up with encouragement and hope. Your presence truly means the world to us.

As we move forward, we’re excited to continue sharing about our $3.88 million Capital Campaign, a vision that will allow us to serve more neighbors with dignity, compassion, and excellence. If you’d like to learn more or support the campaign, you can visit:

Angela never expected to hear the word cancer.

She went in thinking it was something small. A minor concern. But when the doctor said it out loud, her first response wasn’t panic — it was peace.

“I didn’t cry. I didn’t get scared,” she remembers. “I just said, ‘My life is in God’s hands.’”

That kind of trust doesn’t come from comfort — it comes from faith, from a life lived in service, and from the quiet assurance that you’re not alone.

At CommonGood, we have the sacred privilege of walking with patients like Angela through these unknowns — not just as providers, but as companions.

💛 $108/month helps someone receive this same steady, compassionate care.
Be that steady hand today.

🍲 Angela doesn’t just cook — she ministers through food. At luncheons and church prayer gatherings, her Colombian beans are a beloved staple — simmered with garlic, onion, and love.

She smiles when she talks about feeding others. “One of my favorite ways to serve others is by cooking for them.”

Angela’s life is rooted in community — in faith, in service, in the joy of gathering around a table.

At CommonGood, we believe care should reflect that same spirit — full of hospitality, dignity, and joy.

When you give, you’re not just funding a clinic visit. You’re setting a table for someone like Angela to be nourished, seen, and loved.

💛 Will you help carry this care forward?

This Thanksgiving season, we invited our patients to share what they’re thankful for —

“What are you thankful for this season?”
“¿Qué es lo que más agradeces en esta temporada?”

The result? A wall covered in anonymous notes filled with gratitude for family, health, faith, and new beginnings. 💙

Each message reminds us that healing happens in many forms — sometimes through medicine, sometimes through community, and often through simple moments of gratitude.

We are honored to walk alongside our neighbors in every season. 🌿

Today, we pause to say thank you to our incredible community partners — the nonprofits, schools, civic leaders, and service organizations who walk beside us every day. 🌿

Your partnership turns compassion into coordinated action. You help us reach neighbors who might otherwise fall through the cracks, and together we create pathways to healing, hope, and wholeness.

At CommonGood Medical, we believe healthcare is a shared responsibility — one that takes all of us working side by side. Because of you, our mission extends beyond clinic walls into neighborhoods, workplaces, and hearts across Collin County.

You remind us that when we serve together, we reflect something greater than ourselves.

Together, we are the common good. 💙

🌅 “I have joy because I woke up today.”

This is Angela.
Every morning begins the same: a quiet prayer, the warmth of an arepa, and sunlight slipping through her kitchen window.

Angela’s story isn’t defined by struggle, but by the quiet strength and grace she carries through each day.

At CommonGood Medical, we believe this kind of dignity is the beginning of healing. Not flashy. Not rushed. Just faithful care — the kind that honors every person as made in God’s image. [praying hands]

Over the next few weeks, we’ll share more of Angela’s story — one filled with courage, hope, and the quiet strength that faith brings in the hardest seasons.

Because real healing looks like this: joy that endures, care that restores, and a community that doesn’t let anyone walk alone.

💛 Join us in making stories like Angela’s possible.

The holidays are a time for gratitude, connection, and joy — but they can also bring a little extra stress. 🍂💙

Here are a few Healthy Holiday Tips to keep your body, mind, and spirit nourished this season:

🕊️ Manage stress — take time to breathe, pray, or enjoy a quiet moment each day.
😴 Rest well — give yourself permission to slow down and recharge.
🥗 Eat mindfully — enjoy your favorite foods, but balance them with whole, nourishing meals.

Take care of yourself — your health is one of the best gifts you can give this season. 🌿

Today, we want to pause and thank the incredible churches who stand beside CommonGood Medical in this mission. 🙏

To every Partner Church, your prayers, generosity, and faithful presence have carried this ministry from its very beginning. You have hosted us, encouraged us, given, prayed, and shown us what it looks like to serve as one body with many hands.

Because of you, our doors stay open to neighbors in need, and our patients experience care that reflects Christ’s love in a way that heals both body and spirit.

We see you. We’re grateful for you. And we could not do this work without you.

We proudly honor each of you in our Good Neighbor Network:

Together, we’re building a community where faith becomes action and compassion becomes care. 💙

Something extraordinary is happening at CommonGood Medical. 🌟

Thanks to a generous MRI donation, we’re launching our own Imaging Center — bringing MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound services directly on-site for our uninsured neighbors, at no cost to them.

It’s more than equipment — it’s dignity, access, and care that lasts. 🌿

This project is part of our $3.88 million Capital Campaign, and right now, your gift will be doubled thanks to a $1 million matching opportunity.

Would you consider giving today to help build a future of compassionate, Christ-centered care? 💙

We’re introducing Angela’s story — a reminder of why your gift this season truly matters.

At 74, Angela came to CommonGood Medical with strength in her spirit — but in need of accessible medical care. Through compassionate, Christ-centered support, she found more than a diagnosis — she found community. 💙

On Giving Tuesday (December 2), you can make care possible for someone like Angela. But you don’t have to wait — early giving starts now.

Your early gift helps more neighbors receive the dignity of whole-person care:
✨ $30 = one patient visit, covered in prayer and compassion.

Give early. Give with purpose. Give hope. 🌿

This Lung Cancer Awareness Month, we’re reminding our community that early detection can save lives. 🌿

Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths — but with awareness, screenings, and support, we can change that story.

Here’s a quick checklist to help you stay proactive about your lung health:

✅ Schedule regular checkups — talk to your provider about screening if you’re over 50 or have a history of smoking.
✅ Know the symptoms — a persistent cough, shortness of breath, chest pain, or unexplained weight loss.
✅ Avoid secondhand smoke — protect your environment and those around you.
✅ Breathe better — stay active, eat well, and spend time outdoors.
✅ Don’t ignore changes — your body often tells you when something’s wrong.

This month, let’s stand together for awareness, prevention, and hope — because every breath matters. 💙
