Job involves the following Activities:
1) Meeting with clients and interviewing caregivers
2) Scheduling caregivers and clients
3) Documenting everything on the computer
5) Keeping up with State regulations and making sure agency is following them
4) On occasion may have to fill in for a caregiver
Telecommuting allowed after the first 3 months, but will need to drive frequently to client homes for assessments and company office for interviews and other meetings.
Extensive training will be provided, but experience in the position or at least supervisory experience strongly preferred.
