While you do have to go to group, you won’t have to add your voice until you are ready to. Many people enjoy group as a space to share and be heard, or receive feedback - while others benefit from using group as an opportunity to just listen and observe.

We join our friends, clients and colleagues in observing World Mental Health Day. We support raising awareness of mental health issues around the world - not just today, but throughout the year.

The Helix program is designed to keep teens in school throughout the entire 12-week treatment. Group sessions are scheduled twice each week from 3:30-6:30 pm, and the individual sessions will be scheduled once each week. Our team will connect with your teen’s school to ensure we are working collaboratively to support their education as we prioritize their mental health.

The goal is to help your teen find success while in our program and to help them return to (and reclaim) their life once they have completed the program.

Knowing our teens come to us after school, we feel It’s important to have a bit of downtime to breathe, grab a snack, and enjoy a beverage. We’ll ease into the day’s work after that.
