Swedish Massage is one of the most popular and widely recognized forms of massage. The techniques used in Swedish Massage are not only relaxing, as they provide relief from aches and pains, but they also alleviate stress. This is accomplished through long fluid strokes in combination with oils or lotions. Other benefits of this type of massage include: improved circulation, flexibility, mental clarity and appearance. Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage that concentrates on the deeper layers of tissue in the body. The goal is to dramatically decrease chronic muscle tension. Due to the flushing and removal of toxins from the body during this treatment, it is important to drink plenty of water afterwards. Soreness is common after receiving this type of massage. Sports Massage is a type of massage that focuses on alleviating pains, preventing injuries and maximizing flexibility in athletes of all kinds. It does so by concentrating on areas of the body that are overworked from repetitive motion and aggressive exercise. It also greatly reduces the recovery time after a long or short term injury. Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a type of massage that very gently and accurately moves the lymph in the appropriate direction allowing them to drain properly through the body. It is highly effective on swollen areas of the body, as it relieves built up pressure and boosts immune health. This form of massage can be used as a preventative or corrective measure. Medical Massage is a type of massage that focuses solely on a condition in which a doctor has medically diagnosed. The specific areas of the body that are directly related to the diagnosis are the main focus. This allows the body to self-heal and recover at an accelerated rate. Pregnancy Massage is a type of massage that helps rid the body of aches and pains experienced in pregnancy. This form of massage helps to reduce stress caused by physical and hormonal changes. Additionally, it promotes relaxation and minimizes pain from postural imbalance and extra weight placed on the body. Stone Therapy is a type of massage where heated, and occasionally cold, stones are strategically placed on the body. The stones allow the heat to penetrate deep into the muscles, while greater relaxation is achieved. They provide relief from pain and tension, reduce stress, detoxify the body, and improve upon different bodily systems. Trigger Point Therapy is a type of massage that alleviates pain in the body by using pressure and release on “trigger points.” A trigger point is a tight area, or knot, in the muscle that causes pain and soreness in another part of the body. The long-term benefits greatly outweigh the temporary discomfort associated with this type of massage. TMJ Massage is a type of massage that relieves pain from the temporomandibular joint, located at the jawbone. TMJ pain is associated with clenching and grinding teeth, jaw injury and arthritis. With regular massage, this type of discomfort can be significantly reduced in people of all ages. Massage Cupping Therapy is a type of massage that uses cups to create suction and negative pressure on the body. The cups can be left briefly on an affected area or moved around while gently pulling up using different techniques. Suction reaches deep into the muscles and other parts of the body and allows for increased circulation. This type of massage not only loosens tight muscles, but it reduces inflammation, drains fluid, and removes toxins from the body.

Motivation over consistency…is the key # to reaching your true potential.

Manifesting is only the first step! There’s work to be done and your mindset matters.

What is self-love to you??

The answer is already inside of us! Let’s take the first step together & remind ourselves that it’s ok to choose yourself first.

02/11/2026

What is self-love to you?

I noticed a lot of people overcomplicate, loving themselves. Love can be shown in the simplest things. The hardest part is making the decision to love, especially yourself! ❤️❤️

Not all therapy is created equal.
There’s:
❌ “Do these exercises and hope for the best”
✅ And then there’s hands-on manual therapy + a multimodal plan

Dr. Avila explains it perfectly:
We don’t guess. We assess.
We don’t use one tool. We use the right combination of tools.
We don’t chase symptoms. We fix systems.

That’s how you get results that actually last.

If PT hasn’t worked for you before, maybe you just haven’t had the right approach yet.

Most places rush you. We don’t.
Because real healing doesn’t happen in 5 minutes.

We take the time to:
• Actually understand your body
• Actually understand your history
• Actually build a plan that makes sense

And if you need something outside our lane? We connect you with the right people instead of guessing.
The goal isn’t to keep you stuck in treatment forever.
The goal is to get you better, faster, and smarter.
If you want care that’s built around you, not a template…you’re in the right place.

Comment Below! Let’s map this out properly.

We’ve all done it.
The rushed gift.
The “this will do” option.
The thing that’s nice… but forgettable.

This year, you can do better, without making it complicated.
A Valentine’s Custom Therapeutic Massage for $125 at is the kind of gift that feels intentional, thoughtful, and personal.

Because it is.
It says:
“I want you to feel good.”
“I notice how much you carry.”
“I care about your body and your well-being.”
And they’ll feel that message the entire session.

This promotion is only available during February and spots are limited.
Don’t wait until you’re scrambling.

#2026

If stretching and rest actually worked… you wouldn’t still be in pain.
Neuromuscular therapy isn’t about “feeling good for an hour.”
It’s about finding what’s causing the pain signals in the first place and correcting the pattern.

We look at:
• How your muscles are firing
• Where compensation is happening
• What’s overworking vs underworking

That’s how you stop chasing pain and start solving it.
If you’ve tried everything and nothing sticks, maybe you’ve just never treated the right thing.

Comment “RELIEF” and we’ll tell you where to start.

Your pain isn’t where you think it is.
Most people chase symptoms. We hunt the source.
That shoulder pain? Might be your neck.
That low back pain? Could be your hips.
That knee issue? Might start at your ankles.

At Yulli Therapeutic Healing Center, we don’t just treat where it hurts, we look at how your whole body is working together so we can actually fix the problem, not babysit it.
If you’re tired of temporary relief and want real answers, this is your sign.

Comment Below! Let’s find the real root.

02/02/2026

Most people don’t lose the battle with chronic pain because they’re “broken”.

They lose because they’re treating symptoms instead of solving the root cause.

That’s the real reason pain keeps coming back… Not bad luck. Not age. Not “that’s just how your body is now“.

If you’re tired of quick fixes and want real answers, comment below, and we will send you the full video in the link to book your next session today!
