Swedish Massage is one of the most popular and widely recognized forms of massage. The techniques used in Swedish Massage are not only relaxing, as they provide relief from aches and pains, but they also alleviate stress. This is accomplished through long fluid strokes in combination with oils or lotions. Other benefits of this type of massage include: improved circulation, flexibility, mental clarity and appearance. Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage that concentrates on the deeper layers of tissue in the body. The goal is to dramatically decrease chronic muscle tension. Due to the flushing and removal of toxins from the body during this treatment, it is important to drink plenty of water afterwards. Soreness is common after receiving this type of massage. Sports Massage is a type of massage that focuses on alleviating pains, preventing injuries and maximizing flexibility in athletes of all kinds. It does so by concentrating on areas of the body that are overworked from repetitive motion and aggressive exercise. It also greatly reduces the recovery time after a long or short term injury. Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a type of massage that very gently and accurately moves the lymph in the appropriate direction allowing them to drain properly through the body. It is highly effective on swollen areas of the body, as it relieves built up pressure and boosts immune health. This form of massage can be used as a preventative or corrective measure. Medical Massage is a type of massage that focuses solely on a condition in which a doctor has medically diagnosed. The specific areas of the body that are directly related to the diagnosis are the main focus. This allows the body to self-heal and recover at an accelerated rate. Pregnancy Massage is a type of massage that helps rid the body of aches and pains experienced in pregnancy. This form of massage helps to reduce stress caused by physical and hormonal changes. Additionally, it promotes relaxation and minimizes pain from postural imbalance and extra weight placed on the body. Stone Therapy is a type of massage where heated, and occasionally cold, stones are strategically placed on the body. The stones allow the heat to penetrate deep into the muscles, while greater relaxation is achieved. They provide relief from pain and tension, reduce stress, detoxify the body, and improve upon different bodily systems. Trigger Point Therapy is a type of massage that alleviates pain in the body by using pressure and release on “trigger points.” A trigger point is a tight area, or knot, in the muscle that causes pain and soreness in another part of the body. The long-term benefits greatly outweigh the temporary discomfort associated with this type of massage. TMJ Massage is a type of massage that relieves pain from the temporomandibular joint, located at the jawbone. TMJ pain is associated with clenching and grinding teeth, jaw injury and arthritis. With regular massage, this type of discomfort can be significantly reduced in people of all ages. Massage Cupping Therapy is a type of massage that uses cups to create suction and negative pressure on the body. The cups can be left briefly on an affected area or moved around while gently pulling up using different techniques. Suction reaches deep into the muscles and other parts of the body and allows for increased circulation. This type of massage not only loosens tight muscles, but it reduces inflammation, drains fluid, and removes toxins from the body.

“We don’t have healthcare… we have sick care.”

Most systems wait until you’re sick to help you.
But your body was designed to heal, thrive, and stay healthy.

The real question is:
Are you taking care of your health before something goes wrong?

Dr. Brandon breaks it down on this episode of Yulli’s Podcast.

Everyone has a reason… this is his.

Dr. Brandon didn’t get into chiropractic just because it was a career path, it started with a personal experience that changed the way he saw health forever.

That moment shaped the mission behind Pure Chiropractic and the work he does today to help people live at their highest level.

Your story often becomes your purpose.

Follow Dr. Brandon for more insights on health, performance, and living in your pure power.

Most people don’t realize how many ingredients are hidden in the treats they eat every day.

That’s what pushed Terra to start her business. She wanted better options for her family and for others who care about what they put in their bodies.

When women build businesses with purpose, it creates real impact! 💙💚

You probably have NO idea how many ingredients are in the treats you eat every day…

On this episode, shares why she started her own ice cream and sweets business after realizing how many hidden ingredients were causing headaches, inflammation, and gut issues.

She didn’t just want dessert.

She wanted CLEAN dessert.

The kind you can enjoy without regretting it 20 minutes later.

No mystery INGREDIENTS.
No weird additives.
No “why do I feel sick?” after.

Just real ingredients. Real flavor. Real intention.

If you’ve ever felt off after eating something “normal”… this conversation is for you.

Comment “ICECREAM” and we’ll send you the full episode link 🍦

For years I avoided sweets because I knew the migraine would follow. Being able to enjoy a treat now without suffering after feels like such a gift!

When Terra discovered gluten was the root of her own health issues, she didn’t just change her diet, she took it as a challenge and built something better. That decision became her business.

Find the root, not the quick fix!

A quick fix might quiet the pain for a moment, but it doesn’t always solve the problem. Healing begins when we stop covering symptoms & start asking why the pain is there in the first place.

Your body is asking to be understood, not temporarily silenced.

Take care of yourself before the breakdown!

We maintain our cars before they stop working. We schedule oil changes, checkups, and repairs because we know prevention matters. Our bodies deserve the same care.

Don’t wait until exhaustion, pain, or stress forces you to slow down. Taking care of yourself is not a luxury, it’s maintenance for your life.
