🌿 Meet Ligia: Licensed Massage Therapist & Esthetician

Ligia (pronounced Leah) is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician with a gift for blending beauty, balance, and bodywork into every session. A graduate of the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in Falls Church, she has been practicing massage therapy for over three years, guided by a passion for holistic healing and the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit.

With a deep understanding of anatomy and the therapeutic power of touch, Ligia creates sessions that are both deeply restorative and results-driven. Her intuitive technique flows seamlessly between light, medium, firm, and deep pressure, offering the perfect blend of soothing relaxation and effective muscular relief. Clients often describe her massage as feeling like a full-body facial, a uniquely fluid and nurturing experience that melts tension while honoring the whole person.

Although Ligia is also a licensed esthetician, her current focus is exclusively on massage therapy. Her esthetics background, however, brings a refined, detail-oriented touch to her bodywork – enhancing each massage with the kind of care, flow, and sensory awareness often found in luxury skincare rituals.

She is passionate about ongoing education and plans to deepen her studies in lymphatic drainage in the near future.

Outside the studio, you’ll find her enjoying the outdoors, staying active, reading, and spending meaningful time with family.
