Larissa Miller started DIW as a one-therapist operation in McLean, and moved into larger space in Tysons as she grew the business, and brought several other therapists on board. Lori Vintilescu joined her team in February 2017, and introduced her to Steven Minson, who joined the team that summer. Sophie Kudlubowski, a classmate of Steven’s, joined the team in fall 2017. Other therapists came and went, but the four friends valued working together, and were on the same page as each other every step of the way in client care. Mutual respect and excellent skills brought the therapists together, but the experience of working together and the excitement of growing the business put them all on the same page, literally. Partnership documents were signed in winter of 2017 and the team has hit the ground running.

With each partner growing in their therapeutic skill sets and contributing unique skills to running the business, we hope that our clients will feel the care and concern we have for all of them.
