As the holiday season approaches, it is a wonderful time to reflect on our aspirations for the coming year and beyond. The year 2025 has been significant for Meno-Start, marked by growth and transformation. Celebrating our first anniversary in June was a major milestone, and there is eagerness for what lies ahead.

Engaging in conversations about medical care, menopause care, and supporting individuals through this next phase has been both inspirational and challenging. Witnessing clients' transformations has been a rewarding experience. It is a privilege to work with women in this phase, truly helping them to thrive. Observing Coach Dulany elevate individuals to new heights, beyond what they thought possible, has been particularly inspiring.

Navigating the conversation around hormone replacement therapy for women can be challenging, with varying opinions and media narratives. One post may claim it as a cure-all, while another warns of potential dangers.

Even the FDA was confused about different types of estrogens until recently. Now the FDA has acknowledged that vaginal estrogen presents different risks and benefits compared to systemic estrogen, indicating upcoming changes to the "black box" warning on certain estrogens.
