Not only has this amazing athlete dominated the sport of bobsledding, she passionately advocates for disability rights on behalf of her two young sons, who are both deaf. Nico, 5, wears cochlear implants and also has Down syndrome; Noah, 3, communicates using American Sign Language (ASL).

⛸️ Hearing loss takes to the ice with 23-year-old Georgian Olympics ice dancer Diana Davis and her partner/husband Gleb Smolkin. Diana's bilateral sensorineural hearing loss resulted from an incorrect dosage of antibiotics at age two. Her coordination was affected, and the resulting safety concerns when performing jumps led to a switch from single figure skating to ice dance in 2016. Read Diana's story:

Celimar Rivera Cosme will lead the halftime show's multilingual signing program that includes Puerto Rican Sign Language ( )—a historic first. Fred Michael Beam and Julian Ortiz will provide American Sign Language ( ) interpretation for the songs happening before the game.
