Have you ever tried dry needling?

These super thin needles provide instant release and relaxation to tight spots in your muscles.

How does it work?

The needle is inserted into a muscle's trigger point to elicit a twitch response. A twitch response just means an area of the muscle quickly contracts and relaxes, and that relaxation point is the end goal.
